 We currently ship to:

- E-Sparkz currently only ship to the United Kingdom 

We do not ship to:

- International Addresses, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO Addresses. 

2. Handling Time:

 Orders are processed within:

- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday.

- Cut-off Time: Orders placed before Order Cut-off time Monday to Friday 2PM  (GMT+00:00) Greenwich Mean Time (London) will be processed the same day; those placed after will be processed the next business day.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

3. Delivery Timeframes:

- Transit time is estimated at 3 - 6 business days, depending on the delivery location.

- Delivery times may vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

4. Shipping Costs:

We offer the following shipping rates:

- Free standard shipping on all orders

- Orders are shipped from within the United Kingdom. All prices shown on our website include UK VAT.

 We are unable to ship to the following locations

- Any location outside of the UK
